Excellent quickie, either as an appetizer or side dish to a main course.
1. Wash and slice the fresh mushrooms. 2. Sliced mushrooms are skewered on skewers. 3. Prepare the marinade. Place the mushrooms on a baking tray with baking paper. 4. Brush with the first marinade and turn over. Add oil, salt, pepper, dried chili powder and lemon juice. 5. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Grill for 25 minutes. 6. Serve.
