      Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour an 11x13 inch baking pan

      In a large mixing bowl, place the flour, cocoa powder, and salt, stirring to combine. Place the hot melted butter, oil, and sugar in a medium mixing bowl. Stir until well combined, a good minute. Stir in the eggs and vanilla, stirring for another 2 minutes. In a bowl of dry ingredients, gently stir the wet ingredients, stirring gently until the batter is formed.

      Put in the chocolate chips and transfer half of the flour to the baking dish. Spread evenly and fill with Nutella evenly from top to bottom with a cookie scope. Take an offset spatula and spread evenly. Spread evenly over top with remaining brownie batter.
