Raspberry Stuffed Pancakes

Pancakes made of minced pork, onion, egg, lid, horseradish and bacon, stuffed with horseradish, wrapped in triple coating and fried until golden brown.

1. Grind the pork with one peeled onion and a lid moistened in beer
2. Fry the second peeled onion, finely chopped, in the bacon, stir in the meat with 2 tablespoons of finely grated horseradish
3. Season the mixture with pepper, peeled, grated garlic cloves with salt, pour in the remaining beer, combine with the egg and thicken with breadcrumbs as needed
4. Form the mass into little paws, put 1 tablespoon of finely grated horseradish between each two, press with the palms of your hands, coat in plain flour, beaten egg with spicy mustard and breadcrumbs
