Classic Lódna

Recipe from the Znojmo region for three types of meat stewed together with cabbage, mushrooms and other ingredients in a sterile pot over the fire.
Ingredients:
td>large fresh peppers
Procedure:
1. Place the pieces of meat in a lódna (large metal container) with hot oil
2. Add sliced onion, finely chopped cabbage, sliced peppers, sliced garlic and sliced mushrooms and fry briefly
3. Season with spices, pour in beer and water
5. Simmer, stirring occasionally, until the meat is tender
6. Serve hot with fresh bread.
Recommendation:
Add as many spices and Vegetable Recipes as you like. Do not debone rabbits or chicken.
Note:
Heat live fire under loud! This method of cooking meat is useful for garden events, for example instead of grilling selettes or skewers.
