Carp on Paprika with Walnuts

Both sides of carp browned in butter, sauteed with nuts and other ingredients.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Salt and fry the cleaned portions of carp in butter on both sides
2. Next to the carp, fry finely chopped onion until golden brown, add paprika, pepper, fry and immediately pour hot water, simmer slowly under a lid
3. When the carp is almost done, put half of the ground nuts in the bottom of a clean pot, arrange the carp portions on top, sprinkle with the remaining nuts and pour the sauce over them
4. Leave over very low heat for about 30 minutes, just until the carp is done and the nuts are well melted (there must be enough sauce to sink the fish).
Recommendation:
Serve with bread dumplings.
