1/2 pcs casserole 2 pcs carrots 2 pcs parsley pcs piece of celery pcs piece of kohlrabi 1 pcs onion 1 pcs potato pcs parsley 1 pcs fresh pepper 1 pcs paprika pcs salt pcs ground black pepper 5 pcs whole black pepper pcs celery seed 3 litres water
The soup is delicious, festive:))
Wash half of the casserole, cut into smaller pieces, cover with cold water, add salt, let it boil, remove the foam. I used my homemade hen.
Add all the Vegetable Recipes I have from my own garden, parsley, celery, salt to taste, ground black pepper, whole black pepper. When it starts to boil, reduce the heat to low and cook until soft. Serve with floss. Can be seasoned with a garnish. Enjoy!
