procedure
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Slice half the lemon thinly and squeeze out the remaining lemon. Wash and dry the trout and make deeper indentations on the top. Place the fish on a greased baking tray and season with salt and pepper on the inside. 2. Put a little thyme, pressed garlic and lemon slices into the notches. Wrap the fish with the bacon slices, sprinkle with ground red pepper, drizzle with olive oil and bake in the preheated oven.
