400 g fish fillets 1 pk mayonnaise 1 pk onion 1 pk carrot a little salt a little ground black pepper a little lemon juice

1.
Simmer the fish fillets for about 10 min. When it is soft, take it out and let it cool. Then mash the meat with a fork, mix with mayonnaise, finely chopped onion, grated raw carrots. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.

Thinly brush the white sandwich slices with butter and layer the spread on top. The sandwiches can be garnished with parsley or chives.
