200 g cherry tomatoes mini mozzarella olive oil balsamic basil
Familiar salad on a skewer…
Wash the tomatoes and let them drain. Cut the mozzarella in half.
Seed alternately the mozzarella and tomatoes, season with herbs, balsamic vinegar and a little olive oil.
Can be served as a side dish with meat or on its own as a light dinner.
