Roasted Peppers Stuffed with Feta

White peppers filled with feta cheese, baked until tender with tomatoes and spices.


4 pcs white (yellow, green) bell pepper pods 2-3 pcs tomatoes 2 pcs garlic cloves 1 pc feta cheese cubes olive oil oregano


1. Place the washed, dried and de-seeded peppers in a piece of feta, place them in a baking dish greased with olive oil, sprinkle with oregano and finely chopped garlic
2. Place the sliced tomatoes on top of the peppers
3. In a preheated oven at 220 °C, bake covered for 20 minutes, uncovered for another 20 minutes
4. Serve the peppers warm, do not salt them!
