Tofu with cauliflower and shitake mushrooms

A quick and tasty vegetarian recipe inspired by Vietnamese cuisine could be seen in the new series Fire Chicken, broadcast on TV Prima.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Prepare the marinade; mix soy, fish and chilli sauce in a bowl, add wine, crushed garlic, some grated fresh ginger, a spoonful of potato starch, mix everything again
2. Cut the tofu into smaller cubes and marinate them in the prepared marinade
3. Cut the mushrooms into small noodles, break the cauliflower into small florets and rinse them under cold running water
4. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok and fry the cubes of tofu, drained of marinade, in it. Once the mushrooms and cauliflower are soft, pour the marinade into the pan, season it with lime juice, then return the tofu to the pan
6. Finally, season the mixture with chopped coriander and freshly ground pepper, taste and season with salt if necessary.
Recommendation:
Serve with jasmine rice.
