French style clams

Cold clam appetizer.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Mix mayonnaise with mustard, a pinch of salt and lemon juice
2. Then add the drained clams, mix lightly and let sit for a while
3. Line cocktail glasses with lettuce leaves, add the prepared clams and garnish with capers and parsley

Note:
Cleaning the clams.Before preparation, remove open and cracked clams, place the others in a bowl under running water, remove the whiskers with a knife and scrape and clean each clam thoroughly. Place the cleaned clams one by one in another bowl of cold water, then place them in a colander under running water for 10 minutes and then in cold water again for 10 minutes. This removes all the sand and dirt.
