Sauna night pizza

Perfect and unpretentious pizza for Finnish tastes. Bottom, fullness and flavour are in abundance.
Ingredients for 6 people
Pizza base
4-6 dl wheat flour;flour 1 teaspoon dry yeast 2.5 dl water 1 dl milk 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon sugar
*Tip* Place on a pizza stone.

400g roast minced beef 400g minced chicken breast meat 3 onions 1 pss grated emmental 1 dl ketchup 1 dl thaichili sauce 1 tbsp meat fondue 3 large tomatoes salt pepper and pizza seasoning
Blend the dry ingredients, add the water in a food processor and combine with the milk. Knead into a dough and roll out on a baking sheet the size of an oven tray. Cover with a cloth and leave to rise.
Peel and finely chop the onion. Take the biggest pan in the house and put it in the water. Start sautéing the onion until it starts to brown.
While the onion is frying, chop the minced meat with a knife as finely as you can. Throw them into a pan and brown a little. Season with fondilla, thaichi sauce, salt and pepper. Drain and stir in the grated cheese.
Sprinkle the raised pizza base with ketchup. Spread the minced meat evenly over the pizza. Slice the tomato fairly thinly and press into the dough. Sprinkle with pizza seasoning and bake (preferably on a pizza stone) at 225C for 15 to 20 minutes.
