1200 g potatoes 2 pcs eggs 40 g semi-coarse flour 2 cloves garlic 40 g smoked bacon 40 g onion salt ground black pepper marjoram
Good old classic.
Grate clean raw potatoes, add eggs, flour, crushed garlic, salt, pepper and marjoram.
Cut the bacon and brown the finely chopped onion on it. Add to the potatoes and mix well together.
Place the dough with a small ladle on the hot oil, form pancakes and fry them on both sides until pink.
