Baked fish fillet

600 g fish fillets 1 pk onion to taste salt a little whole black pepper 100 g butter 20 g plain flour 2 pk egg yolk 50 g grated hard cheese
1. Cut the fish fillets into slices, put them in boiling salted water to which we put the onion and whole black pepper and cook for about 15 min. 2. Take out the cooked fillets, thicken a small part of the broth with a roux of butter and flour, stir well and boil. Finally, soften the sauce with beaten egg yolks. 3. Place the cooked fillets in a fireproof dish, pour over the sauce, sprinkle with grated cheese, drizzle with butter and bake in a heated oven.
