Zucchini with minced meat

Recipe from Mrs. Marus for zucchini baked with minced meat and cheese.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Cut the rolls(preferably yesterday’s), soak in water and squeeze after a while 2. Add minced meat, egg, finely chopped onion, crushed garlic, salt and spices
3. Peel the zucchini and cut into slices about 3/
4 cm thick
5. Cut the mushrooms into thin slices, grate the cheese on a coarse grater
6. Grease the baking dish and sprinkle with breadcrumbs
7. Spread a layer of zucchini on the bottom, half of the minced meat on top, half of the cheese on top and half of the mushrooms on top
8. Bake everything at about 210 °C until the meat is cooked and most of the liquid has evaporated.
Recommendation:
Serve potatoes or mashed potatoes as a side dish.You can also eat cold with bread or pastries. Each layer of zucchini can still be lightly salted and peppered.
