1. Wash the zucchini thoroughly, cut into thick rounds and hollow out the inside of the zucchini. Place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper and brush with oil. 2. In a bowl, mix the finely chopped peppers, grated hard cheese, salt and ground black pepper. Fill the courgettes with this filling, place them in the preheated oven and bake at 200°C for about 20 minutes.
