300 g zucchini 5 tbsp plain flour 1/2 cup fine oatmeal 1 KL dried marjoram 1 clove garlic to taste salt, ground black pepper a little oil
procedure
1. Peel the zucchini and grate it on a coarse grater. Add salt, crushed garlic and marjoram. Add the oatmeal and flour. If the mixture is too thin, add a little more flour. 2. Shape the mixture into pancakes in a hot pan with oil. Fry them on both sides until golden brown.
