Zucchini noodles with tuna

1 pcs Calvo tuna fillets in glass 2 pcs zucchini 2 handfuls sunflower seeds 2 cloves garlic 6 pcs cherry tomatoes 2 handfuls fresh basil to taste salt, ground black pepper a little olive oil
procedure
1. Cut the courgettes into slices about 4 millimetres thick. Salt the slices and leave to rest. Prepare the tuna fillets and drain. Finely chop the garlic. 2. Fry the whole cherry tomatoes in olive oil and then add the drained zucchini noodles, which are also lightly fried. Finally, add the chopped garlic, basil and season with salt and pepper. 3. Put the zucchini noodles on a plate, add the tuna meat and sprinkle with sunflower seeds toasted in a dry frying pan. Garnish the finished dish with fresh basil.
