100 g zucchini 100 g hard cheese 230 g flour plain 60 ml olive oil 180 ml milk 1 pk egg 1 KL baking powder 1 clove garlic pk marjoram pk ground black pepper pk salt pk dried thyme pk cherry tomatoes
procedure
1. Grate the courgette and cheese coarsely, mix with the flour and baking powder. Beat the egg and milk with a fork and mix the two mixtures together. Add the crushed garlic, salt, ground black pepper, marjoram and thyme. Mix well. 2. Line a muffin tin with paper cups. Put one tablespoon of batter in each, the tomato pieces and the batter again. Sprinkle the surface with grated cheese. 3. Bake at 180°C for 35-40 minutes. Serve cooled. They are delicious! Enjoy!
