Zucchini goulash

70 g English bacon 2 pcs onion 2 pcs tomato 2 pcs zucchini 4 pcs potatoes 1 pcs red pepper 1 tbsp ground paprika 1 tbsp marjoram 1 tbsp plain flour 1 tbsp tomato puree 1 tbsp oil 3 cloves garlic pepper salt

1. Peel the potatoes and other Vegetable Recipes and cut them into cubes. If the zucchini is young, you don’t need to peel it. Dice the bacon, roughly chop the onion. 2. Fry the bacon in a little oil, add the onion and fry until browned, stirring constantly. Add the ground paprika and sauté briefly. Pour in a glass of water. Add the chopped potatoes to the base first and after 5 minutes of boiling, add the other Vegetable Recipes. Season with pepper and salt, add the tomato puree and cook until softened, about 15 minutes. 3. Towards the end of the boil, thicken the goulash with flour mixed in a little water. Season with pressed garlic and marjoram. Serve with bread.
