Zucchini fritter

ingredients

500 g zucchini 4 tbsp olive oil 1 pinch salt 1 pinch ground black pepper 2 KL dried herbs 4 pcs egg 250 ml sour cream 110 g Feta cheese 100 g mozzarella cheese a little breadcrumbs to taste garlic oil

procedure

1. Wash the courgettes thoroughly, dry them and cut them into slices or rounds. In a frying pan, fry them in hot oil, season with salt and dried herbs. Remove from the heat, season with pepper and leave to cool. 2. Beat the eggs, add the sour cream, crumbled Feta cheese, sliced half of the mozzarella and season the mixture with salt and pepper. Add the zucchini and mix everything together. 3. Grease a fireproof dish with oil, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, fill it with the zucchini mixture and sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Place it in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes at 180°C.
