400 g zucchini 150 g carrots 1 handful dried mushrooms 3 cloves garlic 1 handful green peas 2 tbsp spelt breadcrumbs 2 pcs egg 4 KL meat pate pcs salt pcs ground black pepper 1 tbsp butter to grease the mould 2 tbsp breadcrumbs to line the mould

1. Finely grate the carrots and zucchini. 2. Add the soaked and drained mushrooms, a handful of peas and 4 Kl of the meat pate. 3. Then add 2 tbsp breadcrumbs and 2 eggs. 4. Season to taste with salt and pour the mixture into a baking dish which has been buttered and dusted with breadcrumbs. 5. Bake at 220 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Enjoy!
