Peel, grate and salt the breadcrumbs. Let stand for 15-20 minutes to let the water out. After it has rested, drain it (you can squeeze it a little with your hands).

Add the grated cheese and crumbled feta. Add eggs, flour, crushed garlic, season with salt, pepper and sweet paprika (add chopped dill if you like).

Mix thoroughly. Scoop out the mixture and form it into smaller patties, which are lightly coated in breadcrumbs. Place on a baking tray with paper, drizzle a little oil over the surface.

Place in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 35 minutes.
