200 g plain flour 100 g cane sugar 300 g zucchini 200 g apricot jam 1 crucible sour cream 1 packet baking powder 1 packet vanillin sugar 100 ml milk 2 pcs eggs 50 g cocoa 100 g Chocolate for cooking ( icing) oil

First, mix together all the powdered ingredients for the batter. Peel and finely grate the zucchini. Let it sit for a while to let the water out and then drain it.

Place the eggs, milk, sour cream, apricot jam and courgette in a large bowl. Mix well and add the dry ingredients.

Then pour the mixture into a 30×20 ( greased, greased) baking tin and bake at 180°C in a preheated oven for about 40 minutes. Pour the chocolate over the cooled cake and let it set a little.
