300 g wheat 150 g black flour to taste salt 150 g smoked bacon
procedure
1. Clean the wheat, wash it several times in water, pour boiling water over it and cook until it bursts. Salt it and add the flour, stirring constantly. 2. Finally, cover and let stand in a hot place for about 1/4 h. Scoop into a wooden ladle and use a knife to place a piece at a time on the baking sheet. 3. Cut the smoked bacon into slices, fry yellow and pour the excess lard into a container. 4. Heat the lardons well, put them in a bowl and pour the rendered bacon over them. Serve them sprinkled with cottage cheese or bryndza.
