Whisk the eggs in the milk, add the other ingredients and whisk to make a smooth batter, let it sit for at least 20 minutes. Then take about one third of the batter and mix in the cocoa, just enough to colour the batter. I put the dark batter in a plastic topping bottle.

Drop oil on the pan and pour the light batter on top, then squeeze the dark batter out of the bottle into a circle,

Or zig-zag. Fry the pancakes on both sides.

Fill the pancakes with jam or to taste and roll them up.
