250 ml white yoghurt 2 tbsp chia seeds 30 g frozen mixed forest fruits pcs sugar pcs ground nuts with sugar pcs coconut chips

A tasty and healthy breakfast. 🙂

Pour the white yogurt into a bowl and add 2 – 3 tablespoons of chia seeds. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.

Thaw the frozen fruit, add sugar (you can add a little water). Choose the amount of sugar according to the taste and type of fruit. Bring to the boil, stirring occasionally, and set aside
3.
Sprinkle the yogurt with ground nuts (to taste) and pour over the sweet fruit. Garnish with coconut chips.
