1 light pie crust ( Recipe here) 500 g asparagus 3 eggs 200 g fresh cream at 4% 90 g smoked bacon Salt, pepper
Preparation:
Clean then cut the asparagus and cut them into sections then cook them in boiling salted water for 10 minutes.
Drain then set aside.
Spread the pastry in a pie pan then prick it.
Fry the lardons in a pan without fat.
Then arrange the asparagus and lardons on the pie crust.
In a bowl beat the eggs with the cream, salt and pepper, then pour over the asparagus and bake for 25 minutes at 200°C.
