Beef steaks marinated overnight in oil mixed with Tabsco and cognac, grilled, seasoned with pepper before serving, served with slices of grilled bacon.

Procedure:
1. Marinate the beef slices overnight in oil mixed with Tabasco and cognac
2. About 10 minutes before cooking, pat the slices dry and spread evenly on a well heated grill grate, grill for about 4-6 minutes
3. Grill the thin slices of bacon for about half a minute on both sides, then place them crosswise on the finished steaks
4. Allow the meat to rest for 3-5 minutes, season with pepper and salt, serve with fresh bread.
Recommendation:
Lentils are a great side dish for beef prepared in this way.
