Wild Pork (po po staročesku)
From our grandmothers’ recipe book. Ham baked in the remosce, served with sauce prepared from the fat.
Ingredients:
td>full fat mustard
Procedure:
1. Place the washed ham hock in the remoska, pour a little beer, season with salt and pepper and bake
2. Soak the bread, cut into cubes, in the rest of the beer until it gets soggy and soft
3. Remove the roasted meat from the remosa, mix the juices with the beer and bread, remove the bay leaf, add the mustard and mix, if the sauce is too thick, add a little beer or water

Recommendation:
A suitable side dish is potato or hairy dumplings and a salad of marinated cabbage.
