Making your own crackers is so satisfying, and these whole wheat squares crackers are so easy to make! With just a few ingredients that you probably already have in your pantry, you can whip up a batch of these crispy, crunchy crackers in no time. Ingredients:
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup water
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, and baking powder.
3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil and water.
4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until everything is evenly combined.
5. Place heaping tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Use the back of a spoon or your fingers to flatten the dough into squares.
6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
