White green bean soup

500 g kidney beans 2 pcs carrots 2 pcs potatoes 1.25 litres water to taste salt 2 tbsp butter 1 tbsp plain flour 2 pcs whole new peppercorns 1 pcs bay leaves 250 g sour cream to taste vinegar to taste sugar a little dill
procedure

Cut the beans, carrots and potatoes, cover with salted water and boil for about 5 min. Make a roux with the butter and flour, pour in a little water, stir and add to the Vegetable Recipes. Add the spices and bay leaves and cook until tender.

Remove the spices and stir the sour cream into the soup, reheat it, but do not boil anymore. Season the soup with vinegar, sugar and garnish with chopped dill.
