White fish stewed in tomato sauce

ingredients
400 g tomatoes 3 cloves garlic 1 pk onion 3 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp sea salt 1 tsp ground black pepper a little broth 250 g white fish 1 KL dried herbs 1 tsp fish seasoning
procedure
1. Wash and dry the fish, season with salt, ground black pepper and fish seasoning. Then either steam them or fry them on both sides in a frying pan in a little oil. 2. Fry the finely chopped onion in hot olive oil. Cover the tomatoes with boiling water, leave them there for a while, then peel them, remove the seeds and chop them finely. Add them and the garlic to the onions. Season with salt and pepper, add a little broth and simmer. 3. Put the fish in the sauce for a while, sprinkle it with herbs and heat it up a little.
