Wheat soup with zucchini

1/2 liter water 1 KL vegeta 25 g ground wheat 1 pk egg yolk 2 tbsp cream yoghurt 1 tbsp herbs
step
1. Bring the water with the vegeta to the boil. 2. Whisk in the finely ground wheat with a whisk, bring to the boil, set aside and leave to stand for about 15 minutes. 3. Whisk the egg yolk with the yoghurt and stir into the soup. Keep a little yogurt for garnish. Add the zucchini, bring to a simmer and blend the soup. Garnish with yogurt and herbs.
