60 g wheat flakes 20 g oat flakes 20 g walnuts 1 pk egg 1 KL baking powder 20 g baking powder 20 g honey 15 ml oil 15 g spelt flour
procedure
1. Pour boiling water over the wheat flakes and leave to soak for about an hour. 2. Grind the nuts and oatmeal into flour. 3. Add to the mixture swollen wheat flakes, egg and 1 kl honey. 4. Then add the flour. 5. Toast the pancakes on both sides and serve with jam and whipped cream. 6. Bon appetit!
