Fry chopped onion with sliced garlic in olive oil. Add the sliced mushrooms and roast until they release their water.

Then add the finely grated carrots, add salt and pepper and simmer for a few minutes.

Rinse the wheat 3 times with hot water, then with cold water and put it to cook in 2 times salted water with a little oil. Cook under a lid for about 15 minutes.

Add the cooked wheat to the mushroom mixture, add the egg, onion sprig and mix lightly. Season if necessary.
