Warm carrot salad with ginger

700 g broccoli 120 g ginger 2 tbsp oil 1 tbsp sesame oil 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 dl water 1 handful sunflower seeds pcs salt
procedure
1. Blend the carrots and peeled ginger separately. 2. Fry the ginger in the oil and add the carrots. 3. Pour in about 1 dl of water. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes. 4. then add the soy sauce, sesame oil and salt to taste. 5. Finally, add a handful of sunflower seeds. 6. Tear the broccoli into florets and steam for about 5 minutes. Serve with salad. 7. Enjoy!
