You will love the snow rolls.

Beat the egg whites into stiff snow. Add sugar and continue beating (about 5 minutes).

Add the ground nuts and stir them into the snow with a fork.

Prepare a deeper plate with the chopped nuts. Using a spoon, scoop out balls about the size of a walnut, roll in the chopped nuts and shape into a roll.

Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake-dry at 120 degrees for 30 minutes.
