Vošouhle
Roasted patties of raw potatoes and other ingredients fried in a pancake pan. It is an old recipe from North Bohemia. They were served with sauerkraut or sweetened with jam.

Procedure:
1. Peel the potatoes, grate finely, then drain the water from the potatoes through a clean cloth and let stand
2. Stir the water from the potatoes and add the starch from the bottom to the potatoes, pour in the sourdough starch, mix, thicken with flour, salt to taste
4. Let the dough stand for 20 minutes, the dough for the pancakes must be as thin as for pancakes
5. Heat the lard in a frying pan, pour the dough and fry until golden on both sides.
