Ingredients:
1 pound chicken or beef
1 package of rice noodles
1 cup of chicken or beef broth
1/4 cup of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 teaspoon of chili flakes
1 bunch of green onions
1 radish
1 head of lettuce
Instructions:
In a large pot, cook chicken or beef until cooked through. Remove from pot and set aside.
In the same pot, cook noodles according to package instructions.
While noodles are cooking, thinly slice radish and green onion.
In a small bowl, whisk together chicken or beef broth, soy sauce, sugar, and chili flakes.
Once noodles are cooked, add broth mixture to the pot and stir to combine.
Add chicken or beef back into the pot and stir to combine. Serve with radish, green onion, and lettuce.
