Viennese Goulash

One of the variations for a tasty goulash prepared from beef, preferably kielbasa and other ingredients.

Ingredients:

Ingredients for 4 people: 600 g of beef (preferably kielbasa) 600 g onions 80 g fat 1 tbsp tomato puree 1 tbsp of goulash seasoning 1 tablespoon sweet paprika Mayonnaise garlic shape cumin salt

Procedure:

1. Fry the finely chopped onion in hot fat, remove the pot from the stove
2. Stir in the ground paprika, goulash spices, immediately pour in a little broth, add the meat cut into equal sized cubes, salt tomato paste, cumin, crushed garlic and simmer under the lid on low heat, while stewing goulash cover with a small amount of water
3. When the meat softens, adjust the sauce by evaporating or pouring hot water to the right density (the goulash must not be thin), add ground marjoram and let it boil
