Viennese Dumplings

Baked cubes of bun mixed with butter, eggs, parsley …cooked in salted water in the form of round dumplings.

Ingredients:

200 g mushrooms 120 g butter 2 pcs whole eggs 2 pcs yolks 4 tbsp milk 3 tbsp flour 3 tablespoons breadcrumbs 2 tablespoons parsley ground pepper salt

Procedure:

1. Cut the mushrooms into cubes and roast very lightly in an oven preheated to 200 °C
2. Stir the eggs into the whisked butter, add the browned buns, chopped parsley, season with a little ground black pepper and salt, finally sprinkle with milk and let the mixture rest
3. When the bun has absorbed the milk, add a little flour and a little more breadcrumbs and carefully mix the dough
4. Shape the dough into round dumplings the size of a small apple
