300 g venison 300 g venison bones 1 pk onion 1.5 litres water to taste salt 100 g root Vegetable Recipes to taste parsley

Cover the meat, bones and whole onion with cold water, add salt and cook over a low heat for 3 hours

About 1/2 hr. before cooking, add chopped root Vegetable Recipes. After cooking, remove the meat, strain the broth and let it boil.
3.
Add the chopped cooked Vegetable Recipes to the soup, reheat and add chopped parsley.
