Vegetable with sausage

Another option for a tasty lunch soup. Czech cabbage soup with sausage insert.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Cut the cleaned cabbage into noodles and put them in a pot of boiling slightly salted water
2. Peel and dice the potatoes and add them to the soup along with the cumin and crushed garlic
3. Chop the peeled onion finely, fry it in the lard, then dust with plain flour and ground paprika
4. Dilute the darker roux with the cabbage stock and boil for a while, finally strain the roux, add it to the soup and boil again
5. Before boiling add the sausages cut into thicker slices
