1 cup flour 2 pcs egg 2 tbsp milk 1 tbsp butter

1. Strain the vegetable broth, add salt, let it boil and add the green beans, broccoli and carrots cut into pieces. Saute the mushrooms in a pan with the onion and stir into the soup. Cook for 15-20 minutes. 2. While the soup is simmering, prepare the omelette. Add spices, salt, a little milk to the beaten eggs, mix well and pour into a pan with heated butter, let it thicken and put it in the oven for 2-3 minutes. 3. Remove the cooked soup from the heat. Serve on a plate. When the soup is served, place the omelette on top.
