1 cup couscous 2 cups water 1/2 cube vegetable broth 1 tsp turmeric a little olive oil to taste salt a little sugar to taste vinegar

Fresh and light salad for dinner.

Put the water on to boil with the broth and turmeric. Pour this broth over the couscous, add oil and let it swell.

Slice the Vegetable Recipes through a grater into thin rings add salt, a little sugar and vinegar.

When the couscous is ready, add the Vegetable Recipes and stir.

You can season it to taste.
