Vegetable risotto with fried egg

140 g rice 2 pcs egg 25 ml water 100 g corn 100 g peas 60 g carrots 2 pcs cayenne pepper 1 KL curry pepper 2 KL soy sauce salt

Saturated risotto with omelette noodles. Yum!
1.
Cook the rice without salt.

Beat the eggs with 1 KL salt and add 25 ml water.
3.
Heat the oil in a pan and pour in the eggs. Make an omelette, roll it up and transfer it to a plate.

Then cut the carrots into cubes and the cayenne peppers into small pieces (take away the seeds, they are very hot)-

Put the peas, corn, carrots and chilli in a pan and heat it up
6.
Add the rice and season with curry spices and soy sauce.
7.
Slice the omelette into thin strips and add to the risotto.
8.
Serve warm sprinkled with cheese.
