Grilled Halloumi cheese with cherry tomatoes

1 pk halloumi cheese 200 g cherry tomatoes 2 tbsp olive oil 1 handful basil
1. Cut the cheese into thick slices and grill for about 4 minutes on each side. Add the halved cherry tomatoes, drizzle with olive oil and reheat. 2. Season everything with salt (the cheese is salty so be careful) and pepper on the plate. Garnish with basil leaves and serve.
