Bread slices smeared with butter, topped with raisins, apple and pear slices, sugared, drizzled with orange juice, sprinkled with nuts, grilled.
1. Grill the bread slices briefly and then brush with butter
2. Cut the peeled bananas in half lengthwise, wash the pear and apple and remove the core and cut into slices
3. Then place the sliced bananas crosswise on the bread slices, spread raisins, apple slices, then pear slices, sprinkle with orange juice and sprinkle with finely ground nuts
4. Grill for 5-7 minutes, sprinkle the toasts with grated chocolate while still hot and serve.
